A wonderful outdoor playhouse for children that can also be used as additional storage place. It has 2 fixed windows and a solid board floor and roof. Mineral roofing felt is supplied for water-proofing the roof. The Lodge comes in a dipped honey brown finish. Assembly required.

This item requires assembly. This item is palletized and requires truck freight to your location. It is essential that you provide a phone number that you can be reliably reached at. It will be provided to the freight carrier to contact you about scheduling your delivery. An email address will not be accepted as a primary form of contact. Each freight order needs 72 hours to prepare for shipment. You will be provided a Pro number for tracking your order with the chosen freight carrier. Should you need a specific delivery date, you must contact us at customer_service@bosmereusa.com or at 704-431-4746 to make arrangements. Please reference your order number in your message.
Any order that is not accepted by the agreed upon scheduled delivery date with the freight carrier will be assessed storage fees of up to $50 per day.
Any order not accepted (except for freight damages*) will be assessed a $200 restocking fee.

East Coast- 2-3 business days
