Bosmere Wholesale Terms
- Minimum Order: 1 Case
- Freight: Free freight on all orders over $3,500 net, delivered within the USA. Orders over $1,500 max freight will be 20% of order value.
- Back Orders: Freight is charged on all backorders unless original order was over $3,500. All back orders remain valid unless cancelled by customer.
- Returns: No unauthorized returns accepted. All agreed returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Payment Terms: All new customer orders to be pre-paid by charge card (Visa/MC/Amex). All payments made in US funds only.
- Overdue Account: 2% interest charge per month and all discounts are cancelled if not paid within terms
- OS&D: Discrepancies in shipment (overages/shortages) must be sent to Bosmere within 30 days of delivery. Failure to notify Bosmere may result in denial of the claim. Claims must be sent to Orders@bosmereusa.com
- Risk & Title: Risk shall pass to the customer when goods are delivered. Title to the goods shall pass to the customer when all monies owing to Bosmere, Inc. on all customer accounts have been paid in full.
