Shipping policy

We ship using FedEx and UPS where available. Items purchased requiring LTL (less-than-truckload) shipping are heavier and exceed the capabilities of parcel delivery. These shipments will require a valid delivery address, a delivery appointment arranged with the chosen shipping carrier and a person to sign for the shipment. Please note: LTL shipments are delivered to your driveway using a liftgate equipped truck and will not be delivered indoors or any other part of the residence. These deliveries do not include assembly.
