Bosmere Coir Chips Bricks are an excellent alternative to peat. Made from natural coconut husks and works great for orchids and terrariums. Each brick makes up 1.6 gallons of growing material. Grown, harvested, and processed in Sri Lanka. Just put the brick in a bucket with warm water and watch the brick gradually absorb the water. For quicker expansion, chip away at the brick as it becomes moist exposing dry layers.
