BosmereUSA.com (referred to as Bosmere) warrants the products will be of satisfactory quality and free of defects for a period of one year. Satisfaction of this warranty is limited to replacement or repair of the defective product, at Bosmere's discretion.
To make a return, please call 1 (704) 784 1608. You must have purchased the product from Bosmere and have the original packing list or invoice number. If you bought a Bosmere product from another store or web site then you must first go back to the company that sold you the product. Issuance of a Bosmere credit for the defective goods can occur only when the item is no longer available for replacement or it cannot be repaired. The resolution of such a claim shall be at the discretion of Bosmere. An original receipt of sale dated sometime within the previous year must accompany warranty returns. Purchaser must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from Bosmere. This number must be marked on all containers of the return. The cost of returning goods shall be the customers, but Bosmere will reimburse this cost when they have inspected the return.
Bosmere only ships to customers within Continental United States. Our shipping rates are based upon the value of your order per shipment. Please note that if you placed an order with another web store for any Bosmere supplied products, you will need to direct your shipping questions to that store.
All orders are shipped within 48 business hours of receipt. You should receive your order within two weeks or less depending on product availability and where you live. . Should there be a delay you will be informed by e-mail.

What information do we gather?
Through our Web Site and emails, including when you place an order, we may collect the following information: your name, telephone number, email address, billing information (credit card number, expiration date and billing address), products purchased. Information you enter is collected even if you cancel or do not complete an order. Also, if you register as a member, we request your name, address, phone number, email address, title (gender), and other information set forth on the Customer Details Page. Credit card details are not kept and are only used for the current transaction.

Your Consent and Changes to this Policy
You must order in case quantities, we will not split cases.
Free freight on all orders over $1750 net, delivered within the USA.
Freight is charged on all back orders, unless original order was over $1750.
All back orders automatically cancelled after 45 days.
No unauthorized returns accepted. All agreed returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
All new customer orders to be pre-paid by charge card (Visa or Mastercard)
All payments to be made in US funds.
1.5% interest charge per month on overdue accounts and all discounts are cancelled if not paid within terms.
Risk shall pass to the customer when goods are delivered.
Title to the goods shall pass to the customer when all monies owing to Bosmere, Inc on all customer accounts have been paid in full.
